CUSB Red Ribbon Club (RRC) team wins 2nd prize in BSACS painting competition
The Red Ribbon Club (RCC) of Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) students won the second prize in the painting competition organised by Bihar State Aids Control Society (BSACS) at Eco Park in Patna on 12nd January, 2018. A team of University students under the supervision of RRC Nodal Officer, Dr. Ajay Kumar Singh, Associate Professor, Bioinformatics participated in the state level competition. The themes of painting competition were HIV/AIDS, Gender Equality, Youth Development and Blood Donation. CUSB’s Red Ribbon Club members comprised of Snehprabha (Bioinformatics), Rama Kumari Nidhi (M.Sc Environmental Sciences), Anjali Kumari (Biotechnology), Manish Kumar (Computer Science) and Ravi Ranjan (Life Sciences) enthusiastically participated and drew beautiful and meaningful painting to take home second prize. The RRC team members were given medals, certificates and cash prize by BSACS project director Dileep Kumar, Regional Director NSS Bihar & Jharkhand Manoj Sinha and other dignitaries.
