Life in extreme environment always interesing puzzle for scientific community. I am to investigate the molecular survival factors which is responsible for the thriving of extrmophiles in extreme condition form genomic and proteomic point of view. I am also interested in protein DNA interaction using MD simulation and free energy calculation.
