The research work done is focused in two area namely; Critical Mathematics Education and Entrepreneurial Education. I had work for addressing gender issues in Mathematics teaching and to address the cultural hindrance in learning mathematics. Level of Mathematics learning Indian school is not good, especially in marginalised sections like girls, SC, ST and minorities. My work continuously tries to address their problem. I also work in the field of entrepreneurial education in the field of teacher education. An entrepreneurial teacher can effectively inculcate entrepreneurial culture in school which motivate our students to became job provider not job seeker. In India, entrepreneurial education perceived as field of business education. But I strongly believed that to address the problem of unemployment and underemployment entrepreneurial education should be a part of general school curriculum across the subject. I will work for searching the possible way to effective integration of entrepreneurial education with teacher education and school education in India. Simultaneously, I also want to work in the field of critical mathematics education, so that mathematics can be reached at the door of every learner without any hindrance.
