Prof. Singh has more than 15 years of teaching / research experience, prior to joining as Professor in the Central University of South Bihar Gaya, he has been worked as associate professor, Assistant professor in various academic organizations. Prof. Singh have many academic and research awards in his credit like young Scientist Award, Europian Union Fellowship, Award Certificate in Shikshak Samman Samaroh.

Prof. Singh has published more than 50 International research papers in SCI/SCOPUS Index Journals and 03 books as editor with International Publisher. Prof. Singh has also serving as Associate editor in International journal and member of editorial board and reviewer of many prestigious National and International journals in the field of earth and environmental and Hydrological Sciences. Prof. Singh also act as member of reviewer team of DST, SERB and UGC research project proposals. Prof. Singh has also developed many research labs such as groundwater water modeling, remote sensing and GIS, Geohazards study. Prof. Singh also served as member in different peer review committees, e.g., committees for Research Degrees/ Board of Studies/ Academic Council etc.

My key research interests are groundwater recharge and potential modeling, Hydrogeophysics, Environmental Geology, Aquifer Vulnerability and pollution modeling, Urban Hydrology, landslide and flood susceptibility and prediction watershed modeling and river basin management. Application of advance remote sensing technique in earth Sciences.Dr. Singh has made major contribution in the field of water resources and natural hazards with more 40 international research publication in globally reputed journals in the field of water resources, environment and natural hazards.
