She has more than 6 years teaching and research experience. Prior to joining CUSB, She was working at Rajiv Gandhi South Campus, Banaras Hindu University. She has been worked as Warden from August 2019 to December 2020.
Presently, She is serving as Chief Warden of the girls’ hostel of Central University of South Bihar.

She has completed her research from Banaras Hindu University. During her research period, she worked upon the topic“Corporate Governance of Microfinance Institutions and Its Impact on Sustainability – A Case Study”. - Awards:She won Professor Samiuddin Memorial ICA Research Scholars’ Award, 2018 and Cash Prize by the Indian Commerce Association in 70th All India Commerce Conference at Jaipur,India. She was Project Winner in 2014 at FDP organized by Centre for Professional Development, SRCC, and University of Delhi. She also won Overall Excellence Hostel Award, 2017 and Appreciation Prize 2016 for Hostel Excellence by Banaras Hindu University. She obtained Junior Research Fellowship Award in 2011 by UGC, New Delhi.
