Our research focuses on the pre-clinical oncology research and our investigations on screening a new chemical entity with a definite molecular mechanism on advanced functional mammary carcinogenesis (representing the particular clinical situations) on experimental animals (SD rats and Albino mice) create a new challenge in the field of chemotherapy. For accessing our goal we also try to work on the different arms of Carcinogenesis such as, angiogenic cascade (p-VEGF, MAPKs, Akt etc.) chronic inflammatory cascade(COX2), anti-oxidant cascade (SOD, GSH, Gpx& NRF2 cascade) etc. Angiogenesis symbolizes a crucial step in tumor proliferation, expansion, and metastasis, which makes it an active target during carcinogenesis process and a principal target for our molecules. Besides this, I am mostly involved in the mTOR/PI3K/Akt Pathway in the vicinity of B-cell & PC lineage. Also, we are targeting the immunological targets& Plasmonic nano-delivery for our Anti-cancer research.
