My research focuses on need-based English language curriculum development for various technical and professional courses (ESP). As a corollary to this, my research connects the interface between Linguistics and English literature. It also incorporates the nuances of the use of literature in language teaching as well as the study of linguistic style in literature studies. Presently, I am engaged in exploring the avenues of research in recent post-colonial writings, representation of disability in adaptations/ films, stylistics, and discourse analysis.
