Free Precautionary Covid-19 Vaccination Camp at CUSB on 1st August, 2022
As per the guidelines of the Union Ministry of Education, a free covid vaccination camp was organized on 01 August 2022 at the Central University of South Bihar (CUSB). As a part of Central Government’s ‘Covid Vaccination Amrit Mahotsav’ campaign, the camp was organized under the guidance of CUSB VC Prof. Kameshwar Nath Singh. A total of 132 adults were given free precautionary doses which included 82 doses of Covishield and 50 doses of Covaxin. CUSB VC Prof. K. N. Singh along with Registrar Col Rajiv Kumar Singh and other officials, professors and employees took precautionary doses (booster dose) of Covid-19.
A team of health workers of Tekari sub-divisional hospital successfully organized the camp at the University with the help of health center employees of CUSB, Mrs. Madhu Kanchan, Mr. Dilip Kumar Mohapatra and dresser Mr. Sunny Kumar Gupta etc. Registrar Colonel Rajiv Kumar Singh said that as per the instructions received from the Ministry of Education, the university organized this camp and fulfilled its social responsibility.
