CUSB among top 10 institutions in registrations for cashless campaign
The Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) has fared very well in the Vittiya Saksharata Abhiyan (VISAKA) campaign being run in the higher educational institutions / universities of the country as per the guidelines received from Ministry of Human Resource Development (MHRD). As per the report published in Hindustan Times, Delhi, Dated December 16, 2016, Central University of South Bihar has secured fourth position with the registration of 211 students volunteers. The student volunteers, faculty members as well as the entire University fraternity are very elated over the achievement of the University.
Quite motivated with the achievement in the first round of registration, the University has speed up the campaign to motivate more-and-more students to register themselves. In the meantime, the planning for the next step of VISAKA campaign has been chalked out in which each student volunteer will have to educate at least 10 families about the cashless transactions and digital economy. It should be noted that a total of 319 students volunteers have registered themselves for cashless transactions and digital economy drive till 20th December, 2016.
