- This Section dealt with all construction matter related to Campus Development which includes work award, EOT, other related correspondence of various Campus Development works (RITS/ DDF/ CPWD/ PMC) including HEFA.
- Processing of various bills of building construction work including PMC fee of M/s RITES, M/s DDF Consultant, CPWD, also preparation of Sanction Order for processing the payment through HEFA.
- Maintenance/updation of various data with respect to Campus Development Projects required at Ministry/UGC/Accounts/Audit and related correspondence.
- Preparation of monthly / quarterly report for building project required by PMU/NIP and HEFA. Updation of NIP, PMS and HEFA Portal for Physical Progress report as asked by Ministry.
