Prof. Prabhat Ranjan
Professor and Head

Qualification : M. Tech (MNNIT Allahabad, 2004), Ph. D. (MNNIT Allahabad, 2010)
Experience : Dr. Prabhat Ranjan joined as Assistant Professor in Feb 2013. Prior to joining CUB, he had worked at MNNIT Allahabad, U.P. and NIT, Hamirpur, H.P. Dr. Ranjan has completed his M.Tech. and Ph.D. from MNNIT Allahabad, Allahabad. He had also worked in three different research projects funded by agency like NRSA Hyderbad, C-DAC Pune and UPCST Lucknow. Dr. Ranjan has 20 years of teaching and research experience.
Dr. Jainath Yadav
Associate Professor
Specialization : Speech signal processing, machine learning, image and audio watermarking.
Qualification : M. Tech and PhD from IIT Kharagpur
Experience : (Teaching / Research) : 10 years Jainath Yadav joined the university in 2013. He has completed M. Tech and PhD from Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur. He has qualified Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), UGC-NET and GATE examinations. He obtained teaching assistantship (2009-2011) and research assistantship (June, 2011 to March, 2013) from IIT Kharagpur.
Dr. Nemi Chandra Rathore
Associate Professor
Specialization : Security and Privacy in Online Social Networks
Qualification : M Tech (IT), PhD (IIT Patna)
Experience : (Teaching / Research):Dr. Rathore earned his M.Tech in IT, specializing in Wireless Communication & Computing, from Indian Institute of Information Technology Allahabad, and a Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from Indian Institute of Technology Patna. He qualified GATE and received a GATE fellowship from IIIT Allahabad (2008-2010). With over 14 years of teaching and research experience, Dr. Rathore has guided more than 15 M.Tech theses. His research interests include Privacy & Security in Online Social Networks, Network Security, and Machine Learning.
Dr. Piyush Kumar Singh

Specialization : Image Processing, Parallel Computing, Wavelet Transform
Qualification : Ph.D. (BHU)
Experience : Dr. Piyush Kumar Singh has an interest in image processing algorithms. He is Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science, Central University of South Bihar since 2016. He has completed all his degrees in first class. He is graduate in B.Sc. (Physics, Mathematics) and post-graduation in Master of Computer Application. The Ph.D. degree is awarded to him in Computer Applications from Banaras Hindu University in 2019.
Dr. Mrityunjay Singh
