Dr. Jitendra Pratap Singh, is a physical education professional having 12+ years of experience in teaching, training, organization and research as well. His core competencies lie in the enrichment of the Physical Education Program to the University Students apart from nurturing the sports talent at the graduate and postgraduate levels.

He is a well-travelled professional having extensive experience in developing and nurturing the teacher education and sports institutes in physical education. His passion lies in capacity development in the domain of the physical education. He has organised large sports events on one hand and truly delivered quality academics for various courses on the other. He served as in a reputed institute of Delhi NCR from 2008 to 2015, from 2015 till April 2020 in LNIPE, NERC, Guwahati as Assistant Professor of Physical Education, which has seen exponential academic growth.

He has spearheaded the curriculum development, organisation & conduct of numerous sports events, National & International Conferences etc. He has published more than 20 research papers in national/international Journals and likewise presented more than 25 research papers in various national/international seminars, conferences and workshop etc. Dr. Singh completed his Ph.D from Banaras Hindu University, Department of Physical Education. Presently he is working as Assistant Director of Physical Education in Central University of South Bihar, Gaya, Bihar since May 202.
