About the Department

The Department of Geography established in the year 2022 with the effort of our Hon’ble Vice Chancellor Prof. K. N. Singh of this university under School of Earth, Biological & Environmental Sciences and was inaugurated on 16 November 2022 by Prof. Jagdish Singh. One can explore our programmes through opting MA/MSc, Ph.D. and Five Year Integrated UG-PG in Geography. We offer students the opportunity to study various disciplines specialized in Geomorphology, Climatology, Population Studies, Disaster Management, Urbanization, Agriculture, Remote Sensing, Geographical Information System, Artificial Intelligence, Tourism, and Transport, Biodiversity, Environment and Sustainable Development, Health, Hydrology, Rural Development etc.

1. Registration fee is not refundable
2. Delegates shall be provided accommodation in Guest Houses and Hostels
3. UG and PG Students of CUSB (Without Accommodation) have to pay Fee Rs. 700 for conference kit.
4. Accommodation will not be provided to the local participants
