Azim Premji Foundation (a non-profit organization) organized a placement drive for the postgraduate (PG) final semester students at Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) on Tuesday (February 18, 2025). The placement drive was organized under the patronage of Vice Chancellor Prof. Kameshwar Nath Singh for postgraduate (PG) students passing out in 2025. Altogether123 students from Biotechnology, Life Science, Environmental Science, Geography, Geology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, English, Hindi, History, Political Science, Psychology, Social Work and Sociology programs participated in the placement drive.

CUSB Public Relation Officer (PRO) cum Placement Officer Mohammad Mudassir Alam informed that the placement drive was conducted by Mr. Mohammad Muzaffar, HR Team Azim Premji Foundation's People Function along with his colleague Mr. Yerram Mahesh. In the welcome address, the PRO expressed his gratitude to the recruitment team of Azim Premji Foundation and wished the participating students all the best. He said that Azim Premji Foundation is a reputed organization and the growth prospects for the students are bright. The PRO said that in the past years also many students of CUSB have got placement in the Foundation and they are working on key positions in the institute.

In the pre-placement talk, Mr. Mohammad Muzaffar, People Function, Azim Premji Foundation welcomed the students and described Azim Premji Foundation and its scope and functions. After the address of Mr. Muzaffar, the students participating in the placement drive asked job related questions and cleared their doubts. Thereafter, the students appeared for the selection test consisting of objective type and descriptive questions. Based on the performance in the written test, the students will be further selected for the final round of interview. Mr. Muzaffar said that the finally selected candidates will be offered the job position of Campus Associate with a starting package of Rs 4.56 lakh per annum along with other additional benefits like medical assistance, relocation expenses, insurance free loan, group term life insurance. The selected students will most likely join Azim Premji Foundation as an Associate by August 2025.
