Students of various departments of Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) have got great success in the result of UGC NET - JRF December 2024 exam released by NTA (National Examination Agency). CUSB Vice Chancellor Professor Kameshwar Nath Singh, Registrar Prof. Narendra Kumar Rana along with Deans of various schools, Heads of Departments and Professors have congratulated and wished the students on their achievement in the national level UGC NET - JRF December 2024 exam. The students of various departments of the university have given excellent performance and have qualified for enrollment in three categories namely Junior Research Fellowship (JRF), NET (Assistant Professor / Lectureship) and PhD.
Narayan Hari, a student of Department of Mass Communication and Media, has performed brilliantly and qualified for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) with All India Ranking (AIR) 02. Eight students from Department of Economic Studies and Policies have qualified for Assistant Professor and PhD admissions namely Abhishek Kumar, Aman Raj, Ankita Pandit, Anupriya, Aparna Mishra, Manish Kumar, Mohammad Rauf and Richa Verma. Five students from the Department who have qualified for PhD admissions are Ankit Tiwari, Abhishek Mishra, Gaurav Kumar Sharma, Pritam Kumar and Vikrant Kumar. Shreya Bharti from Department of Development Studies has qualified for the post of Assistant Professor.
Vijayalakshmi from School of Law and Governance has qualified for JRF, while Gaurav Kumar and Ratnesh Dwivedi have qualified for Assistant Professor (NET). Two students from the Department of Physical Education, Chandan Kumar (Final Year M.P.Ed) and Praveen Ekka have successfully cleared the UGC NET while three students of Final Year M.P.Ed, Durgesh Tiwari, Mohit Bharnagar and Mandresh have qualified for admission in PhD. PhD students Mahi Sinha and Yuvraj Sinha (M.A. 2nd Year) from the Department of Geography have qualified for Assistant Professor while Aditya Kumar and Shreya Kumari have qualified for admission in PhD.
