Six students from Commerce Department of CUSB got campus placement in ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company

The Department of Commerce and Business Studies, operating under the School of Management of Central University of South Bihar (CUSB), organized a placement drive for the students of M.Com (final semester). The ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company organized campus placement for recruitment to the post of Frontline Sales Executive.

Under the guidance of Head of Commerce Department Prof. Brajesh Kumar, Dr. Rachna Vishwakarma (Assistant Professor) and Miss Renu Rai (Assistant Professor) successfully coordinated this placement drive. A five-member team of ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company included Rajiv Kumar, Reema Roy, Ravi Kumar, Shashi Kumar and Yashi Kumari visited the campus for the placement drive. A total of 20 students participated in the placement drive and the students were evaluated on the basis of interview conducted by the ICICI team. Finally six (06) students namely Nishu Kumari, Ankita, Akanksha, Lavanya, Sangam and Rajesh were selected for the post of Frontline Sales Executive. The selected students will be provided with an annual package of about Rs. 03 (three) lakhs along with other facilities.

Formally starting the placement drive, Head of the Department Prof. Brajesh Kumar welcomed all the members and honored them with a bouquet and a memento. On this occasion, Head of the Department of Commerce Prof. Brajesh Kumar, Dean Prof. Subramanyam Shanmugam, Dr. Raj Narayanan, Dr. Pavas Rai and Dr. Pradeep Ram also congratulated the selected students and wished them all the best for their future.
