Placement Drive by Azim Premji Foundation at CUSB on November 19, 2019
Azim Premji Foundation, a non-profit organisation of renowned IT Company Wipro has conducted the placement drive at Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) on Tuesday (November 19, 2019). The placement drive was conducted under supervision of CUSB Public Relation Officer (PRO) cum Placement Officer Md. Mudassir Alam by the foundation for recruitment of fresh postgraduate (PG) students. The students enrolled in M.Sc. Chemistry, M.Sc. Physics, M.Sc. Mathematics, MA English, MA Hindi, MA Political Studies and MA History programmes appeared in the placement drive. The candidates will be offered the job as campus associate at an initial package of Rs. 3.72 lakh per annum.
The placement drive was conducted by Mr. Piyush Shukla, the member / representative from Azim Premji Foundation along with his team members. Initially Mr. Shukla welcomed the students and described about Azim Premji Foundation and its area of wok and functions. Further the students appeared in the selection test comprising of objective type and descriptive questions. Based on the performance in written test the students will be selected further for final round interview.
Selected students have to join as associate at Azim Premji foundation probably next year in July where the location of their postings shall be communicated after initial training. As per the job offer the students shall undergo training in the guidance of their seniors during one year of probation. Since Azim Premji Foundation is a prestigious organisation, hence the growth-prospects for students are bright. Even in the previous years as well many students of CUSB have got placement with the foundation and they are holding key positions.
