Experience : Dr. Ajay Kumar Singh is working as Associate Professor in the Department of Bioinformatics of Central University of South Bihar, Gaya. He has earned his doctorate in Bioinformatics from Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow (formerly as UPTU, Lucknow), M.Tech.-IT (Specialization in Bioinformatics from I.I.I.T, Allahabad and M.Sc. Biotechnology from C.S.J.M. University, Kanpur. He started his research carrier during his Ph.D. on topic “Design and development of antitumor and anti-angiogenic drugs specially enzyme inhibitors for oral and cervical cancers”.

Dr. Ajay Kumar Singh working as Associate Professor in department of Bioinformatics of Central University of South Bihar, Gaya.   • Identification of inhibitors against oral cancer targets through systems biology approach. (Mr. Keerti Kumar Yadav, Ph.D student)
  • Insilico Inhibitors screening against virulence factors of Porphyromonas gingivalis in oral squamous cell carcinoma (OSCC) Ph.D student)
  • Insilico study on potent inhibitors against iron overload and Cardiac arrhythmia in beta thalassemia (Mr. Piyush Kumar Yadav, Phd student & JRF Under ICMR funded Project)
