participated in International Sociological Association Conference

The International Sociological Association (ISA), Spain and IV ISA Forum of Sociology organized virtual conference with over 800 sessions, more than 3,000 papers and the participation of sociologists from 125 countries on the theme “Challenges of the 21st Century: Democracy, Environment, Inequalities, Intersectionality” during February 23-27, 2021 in Porto Alegre, Brazil. Dr. Anil Kumar Singh Jha, Associate Professor and Head, Department of Sociological Studies, CUSB, Gaya, participated as a Panelist in the session “Media as Watch Dog of the Human Rights in Globalised World” (February 25, 2021) and presented paper entitled “Human Rights and Inhuman Wrongs: Affliction of Women in India” in the session Social Inequality, Social Justice and Affirmative Action Policy in 21st Century in India (February 24, 2021) and another paper entitled “The Antinomies of Gender Equality in India” in the session: Political, Economic and Social Inequality in Developing Countries (February 26, 2021)
