National Youth Day Celebration by Dept. of Sociological Studies
Department of Sociology in Central University of South Bihar has celebrated National Youth Day on the theme of “Relevance of Swami Vivekanand’s Ideas to contemporary Bharat”. The event is organized in the presence of Faculty, Research Scholars, and Students of different Programme. Head of the Department Prof. Vijay Kumar Sharma has highlighted the Idea of Swami Vivekananda in making an united effort to achieve collective goals. Prof. Anil Kumar Singh Jha emphasized over the Idea of considering other’s view in improving oneself. Dr. Jitendra Ram said that Vivekanand’s teachings guide us to move beyond fragmented Society towards an integrated whole. Dr. Aditya Mohanty highlighted the intriguing aspects of a famous quote of Swami Vivekanand “arise, awake and stop not till the goal is achieved.” The Programme ends with National Anthem students present in the event also shared their ideas.
दक्षिण बिहार केंद्रीय विश्वविद्यालय के समाजशास्त्र विभाग ने “समसामयिक भारत के लिए स्वामी विवेकानन्द के विचारों की प्रासंगिकता” विषय पर राष्ट्रीय युवा दिवस मनाया। यह कार्यक्रम विभिन्न कार्यक्रमों के संकाय, अनुसंधान विद्वानों और छात्रों की उपस्थिति में आयोजित किया जाता है। विभागाध्यक्ष प्रो. विजय कुमार शर्मा ने सामूहिक लक्ष्यों को प्राप्त करने के लिए एकजुट होकर प्रयास करने के स्वामी विवेकानन्द के विचार पर प्रकाश डाला है। प्रो. अनिल कुमार सिंह झा ने स्वयं को बेहतर बनाने में दूसरों के दृष्टिकोण पर विचार करने पर जोर दिया। डॉ. जीतेन्द्र राम ने कहा कि विवेकानन्द की शिक्षाएँ हमें विखंडित समाज से आगे बढ़कर समग्रता की ओर बढ़ने में मार्गदर्शन करती हैं। डॉ. आदित्य मोहंती ने स्वामी विवेकानन्द के एक प्रसिद्ध कथन “उठो, जागो और तब तक मत रुको जब तक लक्ष्य प्राप्त न हो जाये” के दिलचस्प पहलुओं पर प्रकाश डाला। कार्यक्रम का समापन राष्ट्रगान के साथ हुआ कार्यक्रम में उपस्थित छात्रों ने भी अपने विचार साझा किये।
