Vice Chancellor Prof. K. N. Singh inaugurated the Selfie Point at CUSB Campus

Keeping in mind the resolution of Viksit Bharat @2047, a special Selfie Point has been established at the Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) on the theme ‘Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat’. Vice Chancellor Prof. Kameshwar Nath Singh inaugurated the selfie point located in the premises of Madhuvan Cafeteria. After the inauguration, Vice Chancellor Prof. Singh while addressing the students and teachers, said that the CUSB family will celebrate the year 2024 as the Year of Resolve for Developed India. During this period, many programs will be organized in the University throughout the year, so that the entire University family is determined to contribute in the journey of developed India.

 

Vice Chancellor said that this selfie point, along with India’s achievements, will be a source of pride and will also make every citizen aware of the transformative aspects that will further India’s development on the global stage. Referring to India’s development journey from independence till now, the Vice Chancellor said that former Prime Minister Atal Bihari Vajpayee added Jai Vigyan to the slogan of Jai Jawan Jai Kisan during his tenure because it was the demand of the time, following which India will become the science leader today. The flag is also flying in the area. Presently Prime Minister Narendra Modi has added Jai Anusandhan to this slogan, which is the need of the day. Today, if the country does research in every field, only then will the country be able to realize the dream of a developed India. The Vice Chancellor called for the university family to focus on research.

 

In his address on this occasion, Dean of Student Welfare Prof. Pawan Kumar Mishra said that this dream of Prime Minister Modi is a source of inspiration for the entire university. He called upon the students to get their picture clicked at the selfie point and share it among their friends and family to show that our university family is also fully involved in the journey of a developed India.

In his address, Proctor Prof. Pranav Kumar said that India has made progress in every field. India is moving towards becoming the third largest economy in the economic field. While discussing about the foreign policy, he said that due to the policies of the government, today India has an identity on the global stage. The world is looking towards India for many problems. Heads of departments and students of all departments participated in the program.
