Orientation Programme regarding School Internship for 8th Semester BA / BSc BSc students of CUSB

The Department of Teacher Education, Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) organized an orientation program for the trainee teachers of the eighth session of BA B.Ed and B.Sc B.Ed undergoing school internship under the school internship included in the curriculum. The program was organized by under the supervision of Head of the Department Prof. Ravi Kant. He informed the prospective teachers about the objectives of the school internship program. Prof. Kant said that internship is an important part of the curriculum which enables future teachers to face the challenges of school. 

 

Dr. Tarun Tyagi, Coordinator, School Internship Program, in his speech informed the prospective teachers about the rules of internship and made them aware of the content of how to become a good future teacher. While describing the rules of internship Dr. Tyagi said that the department will also assess the qualifications of all of you on the basis of the rules of this ordinance. He gave a message to the students to read the ordinance carefully and complete the internship accordingly.

 

Dr. Ravindra Kumar, coordinator of the school internship program, while sharing his previous internship experiences, said that one should try to acquire the qualities of a good teacher during the internship program. All prospective teachers must participate in at least one program as a combination during their internship. Dr. Mitanjali Sahu said that students should conduct all the activities smoothly keeping time in mind. Dr. Nripendra Veer Singh shared his experiences to make internship education effective and said that this program provides you the opportunity for true teacher preparation. Lt. (Dr.) Pragya Gupta expressed her expectation of creating innovative teaching learning material from future education and how it can provide good teaching material by making useless things useful. Dr. Md. Muzzamil Hassan told the prospective teachers how they can utilize their time effectively and complete their internship effectively. In the concluding session of the program, Dr. Tyagi expressed his gratitude to the future teachers and teachers present in the auditorium.
