Research papers of CUSB Psychology students selected for International Conference

Progressing ahead with the motto of ‘Academic Excellence’, the Central University of South Bihar (CUSB) has once again made its forte on the international platform. The research papers of two students from the Department of Psychological Sciences of CUSB are selected for presentation at an international conference to be held at Brighton, United Kingdom on July 03, 2023. The research papers of Ph.D. students namely, Unnikannan P Santhosh Kumar and Nishi Srivasthava are selected for the 18th European Congress of Psychology which is hosted by The British Psychological Society under the auspices of European Federation of Psychologists Association.

The title of the paper of Unnikannan P Santhosh Kumar is “Defiant Role of Unethical pro-organizational Behaviour in Attaining Organizational Sustainability Among Indian millennials: A Meta Reflexivity Perspective”. While the paper of Nishi Srivasthava is entitled “On Screen Disability Delineation and Social Representation: An Evaluation”. Both Unnikannan P Santosh Kumar and Nishi Srivasthava are doing their Ph.D. under the supervision of Dr. Chetna Jaiswal (Assistant Professor, Psychological Studies). Ironically, Dr. Chetna Jaiswal who is also a review member in the same Congress has also been nominated to chair a scientific session in the same event.

CUSB Vice-Chancellor Prof. Kameshwar Nath Singh and Registrar Col. Rajiv Kumar Singh have congratulated Santosh and Nishi for this achievement and making the University proud at global level. Prof. Dharmendra Kumar Singh, Head, Psychological Studies has also congratulated Dr. Jaiswal and her scholars for the achievement and given good wishes with other faculty members of the department namely Dr. Manglesh Kumar Mangalam, Dr. Das Ambika Bharti.
