The selection process of the fellowship consisted of three stages. The three stages were a) Submission of SOP, b) telephonic interview and c) a one-day assessment centre evaluation. It also included several activities, like sample teaching, tests and personal interviews. The successful students gave the credits to their professors and the university’s academic ambience for their success.

At the end of the workshop, the students present during the question-answer session asked them many questions, which were answered satisfactorily by Mr. Anand and Mr. Nirala.
