Viksit Bharat @2047 at Political Department of CUSB
The Department of Political Studies, Central University of South Bihar organized a one-day workshop on the topic Developed India @2047: Voice of Youth on 19th December, 2023. Through the Essay and Debate competition, India’s place in the World by 2047 and the participation of Youth in it were discussed.
The event was presided over by Professor Pranav Kumar, Head of the Department of Political Studies and Dean of the Chair of Social Sciences and Policy. He said that India has immense potential to become a developed India by 2047. He said that India is developing at a rapid pace in economic, military and technical and technology areas. Program coordinator Dr. Anju Helen Bara said that youth play an important role in the development of any country and India is a young country. If the youth understand their role and fulfill it, then we will definitely develop by 2047. On the occasion, other professors of the department, Dr. Praveen Kumar, Dr. Sumit Kumar Pathak, Dr. Pawan Kumar Singh and other students were present.
Vice Chancellor of the University Prof. Kameshwar Nath Singh congratulated the department for this successful event and said that through such events, not only will our students become familiar with the concept of developed India, but such programs will also give a new dimension to the efficiency and potential of the youth. He said that such programs will inspire the youth and they will be able to contribute in nation building and making India a developed India.
